I absolutely LOVED the cake. I actually have a picture of it at work! It was just what I had in mind, and I made sure to snatch one of the cookie lollipops before all the kids descended on them. It tasted fantastic too - apparently there was absolutely none left except for the top layer, which we devoured the day after the wedding. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the beautiful job you did for our wedding cake. It not only turned out perfectly, but it was more beautiful than I was able to describe to you when I had first tried to visualize what I wanted. The blue color was just the right shade, the monogram exactly right and the hydrangeas looked gorgeous! I have had several people ask me who did my cake and I have told them all how awesome you are :)

The most important thing is how yummy it was! The dulce de leche was a HUGE hit, not only with the Argentine guests, but also with several guests who had never tried it. The chocolate was great too and my husband and I are trying to refrain from defrosting the top tier before next April! Thanks again for such a wonderful job and feel free to use me as a reference if you ever need to.
